Recently I have been thinking a lot about this quote and I want to use this blog post to discuss my thoughts. I will talk about why I think it is vital to understand the fact that everyone is fighting a battle that we don’t know about, as well as mention other things that I believe is important to know.
I want to use this blog post to express my feelings and talk to my anxiety directly as if it was a person. I will in particular say 4 things that I would tell my anxiety if it was a person.
I have had many moments where I have felt low, and this has made me realise the importance of acknowledging these feelings. Accepting my feelings for what they are, whether they are good or bad has been something that I have found beneficial. Therefore, I wanted to talk about this topic on this blog post, and discuss four reasons why I think accepting low feelings for what they are is important.
